About Land PM Job
Land PM Job is a live online product management bootcamp that takes working PMs, laid-off PMs and career switchers from a stalled job search to PM offers in 12 weeks, through live sessions, 1:1 coaching and mock interviews with Aakash Gupta and a team of senior product leaders.
What Land PM Job does
The 12-week live PM job search cohort
Two to three live 90-minute sessions a week cover positioning, resumes, outreach, networking, interviews and negotiation, in the order a job search actually happens. Each week builds on the one before, so students leave with a running pipeline of applications, referrals and interviews rather than a folder of notes.
1:1 coaching and mock interviews
Every student gets six 1:1 coaching sessions during the cohort, three scheduled and three booked on demand, plus mock interviews with detailed feedback. Coaches work on the specific search in front of them: which roles to target, how to tell the story, and which offer to take.
Resume, LinkedIn and portfolio reviews
An instructor reads each student’s resume, LinkedIn profile and portfolio and marks what lands and what does not. The goal is more recruiter replies and inbound messages from the same experience.
AI PM course and PM fundamentals
Two further programs come bundled: an AI product management course taught by Ankit Virmani, Head of Product at Uber, and a PM fundamentals course taught by Prasad Reddy, a former Chief Product Officer. Students also get the Claude Code Job Search OS, a set of AI workflows for running a search.
Weekly lectures for life
Graduates can attend the weekly live lectures of every future cohort, keep lifetime access to course materials, and stay in the alumni community. A search that runs past week 12 keeps its support.
What makes Land PM Job different
Live cohort with a dedicated coach, not async video
Land PM Job runs 12 weeks of live sessions with six 1:1 coaching calls per student. Reforge runs 4-week async cohort courses, and HelloPM pairs self-paced content with group-only calls and no 1:1 coach.
Two interviews or your money back
Students who attend every live session, complete all homework and follow the process for the full 12 weeks are guaranteed at least two interviews, or they get a full refund. Reforge and HelloPM offer no placement help of that kind, and Product Career Accelerator centers on coaching without an interview commitment.
One price for three programs
US tuition is $5,000 once, covering the job search cohort, the AI PM course and PM fundamentals. On Maven the same ground means buying several 1 to 4 week courses at $500 to $3,000 each, and Reforge charges $2,000 to $3,000 per course or $5,000 a year for membership.
Access that does not end at week 12
Weekly lectures, course materials and the community stay open for life, so a graduate still interviewing in month five can sit in on the current cohort. Most students in the success stories landed offers during the cohort or within six weeks of it.

Start with the application form on this site. Once it is in, you can book a call with the team to check fit before you enroll.
Join a cohort
Cohorts start on a fixed date and cap enrollment. The next cohort starts November 9th, 2026 with 75 seats and runs 12 teaching weeks to February 19th, 2027, with a two-week holiday break.
Onboarding within a day
A welcome email arrives within 10 minutes of enrolling, with the Slack invite and the live-session calendar. An advisor reaches out within 24 hours to book your kickoff 1:1.
Live sessions every week
Two to three live 90-minute sessions run each week on Zoom, in the Pacific morning. Every session is recorded, and materials stay available for life.
Coaching and reviews
Each month has a scheduled 1:1: a 30-minute calibration with Prasad Reddy in month one, a 15-minute strategy check-in with Aakash in month two, and a 30-minute product sense and execution mock with Bart in month three. Three more ad hoc 1:1s with Bart, Prasad or Aakash are booked as you need them, alongside resume, LinkedIn and portfolio reviews.
